The Hypersonic Brainwave Scrambler is a boss in Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time. It is one of Dr. Nefarious' robotic troopers, responsible for greatly damaging the Great Clock and dispersing the Zoni.

The Hypersonic Brainwave Scrambler is summoned by Dr. Nefarious in San Francisco and attacks both the players and the Chimera with its sonic weaponry. Eventually it malfunctions and turns on Nefarious, chasing him away.
