The Interplanetary Strategic Alliance, better known as the ISA, are a protagonistic military faction and are the main enemies of the Helghan Army in the Killzone series.

A few ISA marines are seen in the background at the beginning of Invasion, riding on ISA Intruders. They are also mentioned a few times in Colonel Radec's arcade mode in the intro and ending.
