Instructor Mooselini is a major character from PaRappa the Rapper and a background character in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.
Biography[]
Mooselini is Parappa's driving instructor. She is serious about her line of work, and does whatever necessary to ensure her protection, and the protection of others. She likes to enforce the rules of the road, and makes sure her students know what they are doing behind the wheel of a vehicle; Parappa is no exception.
She has a sister, who is also an instructor, named Moosesha, who appears in PaRappa the Rapper 2.

Instructor Mooselini appears in the Dojo stage as a background character. She is seen driving around the city with her car.
She also appears as an icon that you can select once you have reached Rank 12 with PaRappa.
