The Ionic Freeze is a Good Karma Ionic power that Cole learns in inFamous 2. With it, Cole can summon a large wave of ice spikes from the ground, and instantly freeze anyone caught in its way.
Connection with All-Stars[]
The Ionic Freeze appears as Cole's Level 2 Super Move. Cole summons a wave of ice spikes that instantly kills all opponents caught in its way. Unlike the inFamous series, however, it does not trap them in ice and instead just acts as a instant KO.
