The LR-3 Railgun is a sniper-rifle originating from Starhawk and is also an item-pickup in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.

Functioning as a long-range weapon, when used shoots out a bullet that goes across the whole screen, similar to that of Radec's own sniper rifle except more powerful, crumpling opponents on the ground. This weapon will also prevent anyone it hits from using their super moves for a short period of time.
