The Leech Beam [1] is an item from the WipEout series that appears as an item in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.

When picked-up, the leech beam will sap AP from the nearest opponent and transfers it to the user's AP by 5. The transferring rate dynamically changes as the link changes distance between the players: the closer they are, the faster it absorbs and drains.
