Little Sister Gather (also named ADAM Drain) is the Big Daddy's level 1 super move. The Big Daddy summons a Little Sister to stab and drain the opponents' ADAM. With recent patches (at the time), he now also roars in a way that knocks back the opponent, allowing the Little Sister to land right on top of them, making it act as a kill confirm if the opponent is close enough. The Little Sister will also bounce off the ground after landing, making it easier to score kills. If used by a ledge, the Little Sister will kill anyone she is in contact in until she lands on the ground.

'Little Sister Gather' is a staple of BioShock 1 and 2. The Little Sisters harvest dead splicers for ADAM. In both games you have to kill the Big Daddies to get to the Little Sisters. It's possible that the reason why this Little Sister can attack others is that she could be one of the girls that attacks and kills the main antagonist from the first game. It is also worth mentioning that this attack should be useless as it is never hinted that other All-Stars have consumed or even seen ADAM.
