Mr. Grimm[1] is a character from the Twisted Metal franchise that appears as a DLC Minion and is referenced in Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale. He's a criminal and murderer named Daniel Grimm, whose stuntman father lost his life during a performance. He blames his father's death for the bad life he grew into; thus, he hopes to win the Twisted Metal competition in order to prevent his father's death from happening.

Mr. Grimm's voice is heard in the remixed version of "Ready to Die" in the stage Black Rock Stadium, which has his quotes from the latest Twisted Metal game.
Icons representing Mr. Grimm, Sweet Tooth, and Dollface can also be seen in the monitors in Black Rock Stadium, before being replaced by Baron Praxis.
He also appears as a DLC Minion that can be purchased for $0.49. However you can also buy him in a small pack of $1.99 or along with all the other minions for the price of $4.99.
It's also a chance that he's driving the helicopter Talon in the Black Rock stage.
