Syd is the police officer from Gravity Rush. He appears in Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale as a DLC Minion.
Origin[]
Syd appears several times throughout the game. He is the first person in the game that Kat meets after waking up in Hekseville. Syd is at the beginning of the game, a police officer. Later on in the game, the police force merges with the military after D'nelica becomes mayor. When Kat first meets Syd, he is getting beat up by a couple of bandits. Kat comes in and saves him. Kat however isn't interested in what he has to say at this point, and ignores him as she checks out the wanted poster for Raven. Syd later on takes credit for what Kat does and gets a promotion. He uses Kat's doings throughout the game for himself and gets promotions.

Syd appears as a DLC Minion that can be purchased for $0.49. However you can also buy him in a small pack of $1.99 or along with all the other minions for the price of $4.99.
