TNT Tag (also named Grenade Throw) is Sweet Tooth's level 1 super move. Sweet Tooth will dash forward and attach a dynamite pack onto an opponent and kicks the opponent away in an angle, blowing them up. Additional KO's can also be accumulated from any other opponent caught in the blast.

This isn't really used in Twisted Metal, but there was one thing in Twisted Metal (2012) that was close. In Sweet Tooth's story, he used an explosive to knock the armor off the second Brothers Grimm monster truck. The difference is that instead of running and tagging the target himself, he has one of his followers do it. He sneaks up behind the truck and his gunner gets out to plant the bomb. When he's done, he calls for Sweet Tooth to pick him up, but instead he blows them both up saying that he wanted to see if killing people by bomb is as satisfying as up close and personal.
While Sweet Tooth never drove the vehicle, "Brimstone," its special weapon in Twisted Metal: Black fired a holy man with dynamite strapped to his chest at an enemy via a bloody cross on the hood of the car. Upon connection, the holy man shouts: "Repent!" and detonates the explosive.
