Toro's dream comes true ^o^ (also named Raging Oni) is Toro Inoue's level 3 super. It's a parody of Akuma's Raging Demon move from the Street Fighter series.

Connection with All-Stars[]
Raging Oni is a cinematic, much like PaRappa's, Heihachi's,and Spike's Level 3 Supers. In it, Toro puts on his Oni costume and summons a club. It appears to take place on a floating platform made of clouds or rice cakes. Suddenly, Toro rushes towards the three opponents in the background while the screen goes black. It then cuts to Toro standing victoriously with his back to the camera, a dark aura radiating from Toro, and a giant kanji "Hito", meaning "Human Being", carved into the ground.
Trivia[]
- No matter which form Toro is in when he uses this, he will always return as Oni Toro when the super attack is over.
- His bat was originally to be part of his moves, but was removed to level 3 for unknown reasons. We can see Toro with a bat in Sackboy's Moveset Concept Art, where Toro is attacking Sackboy.
- This bat can be based on a baseball mini-game from Toro! Let's party!
- Also in Street Fighter X Tekken, Kuro uses a similar bat in his moves.
